Become part of our Montessori teacher and parent community moving early childhood and elementary education forward!

Montessori Teacher Training and Certification

Age of Montessori teacher training and certification courses are both online and hands-on. The early childhood education Dr. Montessori discovered and taught can best be learned through our unique blended-learning approach (online and in-person) – and you get the highest standards of MACTE accredited training!

A peaceful world full of exploration and joy is within our reach!

We are committed to bringing you the original message that Maria Montessori imparted from her heart, in her books and to her students. Her message is broad and deep…so much more than a curriculum.

The online Montessori teacher training focuses in-depth on theory and methodology, including video lessons by Maria Montessori’s student and colleague Dr. Elisabeth Caspari. Our interactive environment allows you to enjoy rich presentations by Mary Ellen Maunz, ask questions, join discussions, share your learning, and develop personal and professional relationships with your instructors and peers.

Our 15-day residency provides you extensive hands-on practice with beautiful classroom materials. Currently the residencies are held in Nashville, Tennessee, Everett, Washington, Bozeman, Montana and Bega, Australia.

We take you deeper into her message on the “inner” teacher and the spiritual preparation of the teacher. You will become a confident, successful and certified Montessori teacher. With your MACTE certification, you can use your training to teach in any Montessori school across the world. Your career becomes your adventure!
